At St. Bingo, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Because we’re a small business, we currently do not offer returns. However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges or in-store credit for damaged or faulty items.

For Ceramic Products:

• Small cosmetic imperfections are part of the handmade process and add unique character to your piece.
• If an imperfection affects the functionality or use of your ceramic product, we’ll gladly replace it.
